Starting to use the platform means acceding to the licence agreement — no separate contract is required for that.
An annex to the offer: the price of meaningful answers, the cap per interview, online panel rates and the cost of services.
Platform availability, support working hours, response times and the procedure for scheduled maintenance.
The platform is included in the Register of Russian Software. The transfer of rights of use is not subject to VAT — cl. 26, para. 2, art. 149 of the Russian Tax Code.
